Moving Checklists
We want to make the moving process as simple as possible
We know moving is often stressful
We've created these checklists to answer some of the questions we hear most frequently from our tenants. Please review the information below and if you still have questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with our team: (602) 548-9449
Move-in Checklist
Your first month's rent payment and security deposit are both due at the lease signing.
Your move-in information will be provided at the lease signing.
As a tenant in a property we manage, you are responsible for placing all utility accounts in your name immediately upon signing the lease. Please take care of this immediately to avoid losing access to your utilities.
Move-out Checklist
Planning to move out of your home? Please refer to the terms of your lease to determine your legal move-out date. We ask you to provide us with written notice of your intent to vacate so we can begin preparing for new tenants.
End your lease on good terms. Please take care of the following priorities before hanging in your keys:
Rental Cleaning: Please carefully clean your rental home before officially vacating the property. Remove all of your possessions from the home and carefully sanitize every room, paying extra attention in the bathrooms and kitchen.
Landscaping & Outdoor Areas: If you're responsible for landscaping chores for your rental home, please take care of these once more before vacating the premises.
Repairs: If any damage occurred during your stay, please make every effort to address these issues. Replace burnt lightbulbs, repaint discolored areas, and patch nail and screw holes in your walls. For serious damage, please contact our team to find an amicable solution for the issue.
Our team will perform a final inspection following your departure. If we identify any damage, we will schedule repairs and deduct the expenses for these visits from your security deposit.
Your security deposit cannot be used to pay your final month's rent bill. Failure to pay your rent may result in legal action and adverse reporting to the relevant credit bureaus.
